OVERVIEW

The program is the next step after completing the Level 1 Certification. It offers a deeper, more reflective journey into the coaching principles, helping you expand your confidence, capability, and readiness for real-world coaching. Through targeted feedback, mentoring, and immersive practice, this program empowers you to integrate ICF Core Competencies with elevating coaching skill and presence, through: - The weekly learning and practicing experience for continued alignment of coaching practice with Core Competencies throughout 3 months - Five Coaching Labs with MCC-level Coach - Small group mentoring with written faculty feedback - 1-on-1 personalized mentor coaching with designated PCC or MCC-level Coach - Community engagement and peer coaching throughout the journey

 

CERTIFICATION

Upon successful completion, you will receive: Certificate of Tech Leader As Coach Level 1 Accreditation. Graduates who pass the final performance evaluation are encouraged to continue their journey toward the ICF ACC Credential that additionally request with 100 hours of Coach Experience and an ACC written exam.

Outcomes

GROW + LEAP® COACHING FRAMEWORK

To truly support tech leaders, Coaching must go beyond surface-level problem solving.  It must match the velocity and complexity with clarity, structure, and transformation. That’s why we developed the GROW + LEAP® framework. GROW anchors the coaching structure. LEAP ignites the exponential mindset shifts. Together, they form a comprehensive methodology of coaching skills  for tech leaders in high-speed environments. 

Becoming A Certified Coach

Tech Leader As Coach (TLC) programs are ICF ACC Level 1 Accredited study, and include the coach specific training required to apply for an ACC credential via the ICF. These are two modules (M1 & M2) required if you are interested in attaining ICF’s ACC credential: TLC Level 1 Certification focusing on "knowing" and TLC Level 1 Accreditation focusing on "becoming". The two modules also provide the opportunity to log coaching hours through peer coaching.

VIRTUAL LEARNING

All JPC coach education programs are offered live via Zoom, meaning you can participate in interactive and experiential coach training from wherever you are, as long as you have Wi-Fi and a laptop or computer. This live and synchronous delivery is fully approved by the ICF and has proved to be extraordinarily effective. We look forward to welcoming you to our coach training live on Zoom.

REGISTRATION POLICY

Partial Completion

We recognize that unexpected circumstances may arise during a learner’s journey. Our Partial Completion Policy allows learners who have completed a portion of the program to request a formal record of hours completed, which may be transferable to another ICF-accredited program at the discretion of the receiving institution. While we do not issue certificates for partial completion, we are committed to supporting learners in finding pathways to continue their coaching education and complete their certification goals whenever possible.

Cancellation & Deferral

Our Services can be deferred or cancelled under limited circumstances. All requests for changes to your program registration by way of Deferral or Cancellation strictly must be submitted in writing 14 days prior to the Commencement Date. Verbal notification of any changes to your registered Services made to JPC team is not valid and will not be accepted.

Special Conditions

1）Once the course has commenced, no cancellations, deferrals, or refunds will be permitted. 2）In the case of medical or compassionate grounds (documentation required), an up to 95% refund may be granted at our discretion. 3）If a major failure occurs on the provider’s side (as defined under the Australian Consumer Law), a 100% refund will be issued. 4）For bundle purchases: If Module 1 is completed, the refundable value of Module 2 is calculated as 85% of its standalone price, and refund is then processed based on the above policy. 5）Force Majeure: We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, government lockdown).
